Software Licensing Agreement

This Software Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is between Mocktalk and the user ("Licensee") of Mocktalk's software products ("Software"). By accessing or using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Mocktalk grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes. Licensee may install and use the Software on multiple devices owned or controlled by Licensee.

Restrictions

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software

  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations


Intellectual Property

The Software and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Mocktalk. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Mocktalk owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.

Support and Updates

Mocktalk may provide support and updates for the Software at its discretion. Licensee agrees to promptly install any updates provided by Mocktalk to ensure the continued functionality and security of the Software.

Termination

Mocktalk may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in Licensee's possession.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
